Craig Golding, CPA, Joins J.H. Cohn LLP

San Diego, CA—Craig Golding, CPA, has joined J.H. Cohn LLP’s San Diego office as a partner. J.H. Cohn is one of the top 20 accounting and consulting firms in the United States.
He most recently served as an audit partner for another national accounting firm in San Diego, where he worked with both public and private companies in several industries, including software, manufacturing and distribution, technology-based manufacturing, and financial services. Previously, he held executive positions with two publicly traded companies and was instrumental in the implementation of control framework required under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. This experience in private practice, in addition to his public accounting experience, has provided Craig with the background to understand the demands and expectations of his clients and to offer best practice solutions to his clients on a proactive basis.

Craig is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a Board member and acting Treasurer for the Association of Corporate Growth – San Diego and is an active member of the San Diego Venture Group, CONNECT, and MIT Forum. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, Long Beach, and has completed additional professional-level coursework in, among others, GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB and SEC rules and regulations.
