J.H. Cohn Elects Three New Partners

J.H. Cohn LLP, one of the top 15 accounting and consulting firms in the United States, has announced the admission of Mathew S. Krukoski, CPA, Louis A. Pizzileo, CPA, and Ravi Raghunathan, CPA, to the Firm’s partnership.

Mathew S. Krukoski, CPA, is an audit partner in the Firm’s Glastonbury, CT office. He has more than 15 years of experience providing financial planning, tax compliance, accounting, and auditing services. As a member of J.H. Cohn’s Employee Benefit Plans Practice, Mathew specializes in employee benefit plan audit engagements. He is a member of the Hartford chapter of the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mathew graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, with an emphasis in Finance.
Louis A. Pizzileo, CPA, is an audit partner in J.H. Cohn’s Long Island, NY office and serves as co-director of the Firm’s newly created Technology Industry Practice. With more than 10 years of diversified public accounting experience, Lou is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of audit and accounting topics. Lou graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Long Island University’s School of Professional Accountancy.
Ravi Raghunathan, CPA, is an audit partner in the Firm’s Roseland, NJ office and co-director of the Firm’s Technology Industry Practice. He is also a member of Firm’s Capital Markets and SEC Practice. He specializes in assurance services and public companies. Ravi’s industry experience spans the technology, biotechnology and pharmaceutical, and manufacturing and distribution industries. With more than 15 years of diversified experience, Ravi is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and BioNJ, New Jersey’s trade association for biotech companies. He earned Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Madras University.
