This past Friday, December 12 newspapers reported that Bernard Madoff was arrested and charged with allegedly running a $50 billion Ponzi scheme.
If you invested with Bernard L. Madoff or Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC there may be several options available to you on how to report this loss for tax purposes.
