J.H. Cohn Professional Women's Program Manager Speaks at Women Executives Roundtable

Meg Paradise, manager of the J.H. Cohn Professional Women’s Program, spoke at the Morris County Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professional Committee’s Women Executives Roundtable event on June 18.
The event, held at the Hyatt in Morristown, NJ, addressed a range of issues facing women executives, including breaking through the glass ceiling, leading companies, and balancing work and life. Meg was among three female professionals who spoke about these topics and responded to questions from the audience.
Meg has designed and led leadership initiatives and professional development programs in the U.S. and Beijing, China. At J.H. Cohn, she manages the Professional Women’s Program, which was named “Women’s Initiative of the Year” by the Garden State Woman Education Foundation.
The purpose of the Young Professional Committee is to create an environment within which young professionals can foster professional and personal growth.
The Morris County Chamber of Commerce provides its members with opportunities to develop, promote, and pursue their business interests, foster a healthy economic and political business environment, and promote the benefits of business to the public. The membership consists of more than 700 businesses which represents an employee base of over 150,000. Lynn Lagomarsino, CPA, a J.H. Cohn partner, is the chair of the Chamber’s Board of Directors.
