David Rubin Presents “Driving Performance Through Business Intelligence”

David Rubin, a principal in the Performance Consulting Practice of Cohn Consulting Group, a division of J.H. Cohn LLP, recently presented to the Northern New Jersey chapter of the Association of Operations Management.
At the event, David demonstrated how advanced in-memory analytics can be leveraged to drive decision-making related to the supply chain or any other functional or strategic area in a business. He explained how advanced analytics can improve the timeliness and effectiveness of decisions in this ultra-competitive marketplace.
David has helped more than 500 companies enhance strategic planning, implement process re-engineering, and develop sales and profit improvement strategies for executives of leading manufacturing, distribution and financial services industry clients. His experience includes organizational restructuring, corporate re-engineering, development of policies and procedures, and complex technology implementations. David is an advisor to numerous companies and serves on several corporate boards. He has written many articles on management issues and is frequently invited to speak before professional and trade groups.
