This classroom course is designed for marketing professionals who use the SalesLogix Client to manage leads and campaigns. You will learn how to use accounts and contacts, import and qualify leads, track campaigns and use e-mail marketing, manage your activities and calendar; perform various searches and create meaningful groups of data; generate reports; and more.

CRMX-6-72003 - Power End User for Sage SalesLogix LAN v7.2
This classroom course is designed for professionals who need to use SalesLogix to manage all aspects of their business--sales, support, and marketing. You will learn how to use accounts and contacts, track sales opportunities; use dashboard views to measure performance; manage your activities and calendar; perform various searches and create meaningful groups of data; generate reports; use tickets, contracts, returns, and defects to track customer issues; and track campaigns and use e-mail marketing.  

CRMX-6-72010 - Administering Sage SalesLogix
This classroom course is designed for system administrators who are responsible for maintaining SalesLogix in their organizations. You will learn how to use the Administrative workspace, install and configure Remote and Client components, manage users and understand account security, maintain the database, and create contact and sales processes.

Successful completion of this course and certification assessment allows you to obtain Sage SalesLogix LAN Administrator certification for version 7.2 (SLXLANA72).

Recommended Prerequisites:

  • Knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases
  • Knowledge of client/server architecture
  • Basic networking skills such as sharing folders and setting user permissions
  • Experience using the SalesLogix Client (preferred)

CRMX-6-72030 - Developing for Sage SalesLogix LAN
This classroom course is designed for developers who are responsible for customizing the SalesLogix Client. You will learn how to use create various SalesLogix views and forms, as well as how to implement data validation, customize activities, create image controls, create funnel charts, and customize the dashboard. Using Object Oriented concepts, you will also learn how to use .NET extensions, Web services, and extend the SalesLogix security with your own custom security component.

Recommended Prerequisites:

  • A working knowledge of the Sage SalesLogix Network Client 
  • A basic understanding of ADODB concepts 
  • VBScript and SQL programming skills

CRMX-6-72041 - Developing for Sage SalesLogix Web v7.2
This classroom course is designed for developers who are responsible for customizing the SalesLogix Web Client. Successful completion of the assessment allows you to obtain Sage SalesLogix Web Developer certification for version 7.2 (SLXWEBD72).

Recommended Prerequisites:

  • A working knowledge of the Sage SalesLogix Network Client
  • Experience with the Visual Studio environment
  • Knowledge of VB.Net and/or C#

This classroom course is designed for business partners or customers who are responsible for customizing Sage SalesLogix Mobile 5.0. Using a Sage SalesLogix v7.2 environment, you will receive hands-on experience with the Mobile Architect and perform customizations for Windows Mobile and Blackberry devices.

Successful completion of the assessment allows you to obtain Sage SalesLogix Mobile Developer certification for version 5.0 (SLXMBLD50).

Recommended Prerequisites:

  • A working knowledge of the Sage SalesLogix Network Client
  • Experience with Windows Mobile and Blackberry devices
  • Programming experience using Java and .NET
